Festival Weddings

Festival weddings have a lot of my favourite elements for a summer wedding.

Whether it’s held on a campsite, in a tent, or your best friend’s backyard, the aim is a fun filled relaxed day of easy entertaining that’s hard to beat.

Keep it simple and natural with pretty bunting, colourful fabrics and bunches of wildflowers for an effortless pulled together look.

Place haybales outside for seating or use them as stands for a traditional festival look.

Serve seasonal food and real festival food like a hog roast or pie and mash. BBQ food works well and you could hire an ice cream van or candy floss cart.

Don’t forget to include some fun games too. You could hire a photo booth, mechanial bull or push the boat out with a vintage carousel or dodgems.

Set up a bonfire and your guests will enjoy toasting marshmallows into the night.
